📦 Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide — because good nails know no borders.
Once your order is placed, we need 2–3 business days to get everything packed, polished, and ready to go. After that, delivery times are roughly:
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe & Australia: 7–12 business days
- Everywhere else: 10–20 business days (islands and unicorn lands included)
You’ll get a tracking number in your inbox once your order ships, so you can follow your new nails on their little journey home.
📬 Just note: delivery times may vary depending on customs, local couriers, or the occasional act of postal mystery.
🔁 Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident with every click — and every set of nails that lands on your doorstep.
Due to hygiene reasons (and to keep things safe for all customers), we can’t accept returns on opened or used products. But we’re not monsters. If something’s off, we’ll make it right. ✨
Here’s what can be returned or refunded:
✅ You’re eligible if:
- Your order arrived damaged or broken
- You received the wrong product or style
- Your package is missing items
- You had a valid quality issue (beyond small color variation due to screen display)
- You changed your mind — and your nails are unused and in original packaging, and you contact us within 14 days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (we're small, not Amazon 😅)
In short: if the product is still in its box and you’re not happy with what you got, talk to us.
